PIF, US office is hiring part time Work From Home Remittance Clerks to handle all mortgage repayments.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately post payments received from various sources
- Reconcile payments batches and resolve discrepancies
- Sort each payment received into principal, interest and escrow accounts (property tax & homeowner insurance)
- Process and post credit card payments
- Investigate unidentified cash and misdirected payments
- Prepare deposit and reconcile cashflow
- Handle electronic payments remittance (EPR)
- Perform payment due diligence and compliance checks
- Provide data and validation for regulatory reporting
